PURPOSE

F4R is a peer support recovery community that emphasizes whole health and wellness education. We support those who struggle with a mental health and/or substance abuse challenge because we believe everyone needs a friend or two to walk alongside them for the journey ahead!

PEER-LED COMMUNITY

We love having new peers join us! F4R is a community of peers that offers a safe, friendly, and non-judgmental environment. Our peers gather once a month to create and vote on our class calendar. The classes themselves are facilitated by peers. We value and support peer leadership in our community and actively mentor peers to grow their leadership skills to serve others.
